Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy

1. Introduction

Vhavenda Debt Collection (Pty) Ltd is committed to resolving complaints efficiently and fairly in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA) and other relevant regulations.

2. How to Lodge a Complaint

You may submit a complaint via the following channels:

Subject Line: Include "Complaint – [Your Name]" in the email subject line.
Details to Provide:
- Full name and contact informationLoan or reference number
- Summary of the complaint
- Supporting documents, if any

3. Complaint Handling Process

Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
Investigation: The complaint will be investigated by a designated officer.
Resolution Timeframe: We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days.

4. Escalation

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution:
The matter may be escalated to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) at www.ncr.org.za.
For legal disputes, arbitration can be arranged at your request under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA).
